Thanks ngj ! Multi Hunter said there was no record of me even trying to make a settler. Apparently I missed a click or something and it was my fault the whole time !! Thanks for your help !!

Check your incoming announcements (green flyer) to see if you were attacked.

Some of the game directions require more than one click to get things started. Others require a number (e.g. troops) to build which cannot just be typed, but require a mouse click to confirm.

I paid my resources for a settler for my third village and it started building. When I went back to build another one , my first one wasn't there ! It had never been given to me ! I've contacted support twice now with no reply. Any advice ?
